I am writing to express my gratitude to a member of your team Mandy, for all her assistance in helping my husband and I secure the house of our dreams! ********************************* Good day to you, I would like to bring to your attention my experience with your agent Mandy Nel. We decided to downsize into a smaller house and needed to sell our 5 bedroom, 3 lounges and 3 bath roomed house in Buccleuch. After giving it some consideration, having been told by various parties that Buccleuch is a difficult area to sell and the price we hoped for was way too high, to entrust this to Mandy (even though this was not her area) instead of the local estate agents. Having seen how efficient and helpful Mandy was with the sale of my daughter Nicole Nortje’s house, we believed she would do the same for us and she certainly lived up to the high standard she set then. Although it was shortly before the festive season, Mandy got the professional photographer in (who made the house look spectacular), had flyers printed and a listing on Private Property in a matter of a few days. We were totally surprised when Mandy presented us a month after the holidays with a very clean offer, cash deal, no other conditions at almost the price we hoped for! It was such a painless experience to sell our beloved home of 20 years. Only 2 parties came to inspect the house, no show house, loads of people traipsing through or other unpleasant things that normally go with a property transaction. After the deal was signed, Mandy even came to our offices in Edenvale to collect documents needed for the transfer when I was unable to take them to the attorneys myself. We will certainly appoint Mandy for the sale of our property in Ferndale (another difficult one we have been told) when it becomes available in a few months’ time and ask her for her advice as to possibly selling a townhouse in Buccleuch.
